Thanks to SIBUR's support, classes offered by the Draw&Go art studio have been held in Tobolsk, Muravlenko, Noyabrsk, Blagoveshchensk (Republic of Bashkortostan), Nyagan, Pyt-Yakh, Svobodny, Nizhnevartovsk, and Kstovo. The master classes welcome novice and professional artists alike.

A Drawing School

In 2019, Noyabrsk and Muravlenko hosted a series of master classes covering the following six subjects: galaxy watercolor paintings, acrylic painting on sliced wood surfaces, acrylic painting on round-shaped and miniature canvasses, creating postcards, classic botany-themed and 3D fashion illustration. By the end of the training, the residents of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug produced a total of 235 original works of art. Each city held an open vote to determine the three winners whose artworks went on to be posted on electronic billboards.

A series of master classes on painting in 17 different techniques (styles) took place in Blagoveshchensk (Republic of Bashkortostan) in the fall of 2020. The classes were taken by more than 450 local residents. Following the master classes, an exhibition of more than 170 pictures was set up. The authors of the best paintings were presented with gift packages, and their pictures were put on display on the city's billboards. As part of the course, an intensive training workshop for 12 teaching artists was arranged.

In 2021, the studio gave around 120 free master classes for residents of Svobodny, Pyt-Yakh, Nyagan and Tobolsk to teach them such fine arts techniques as watercolors, acrylic and pastel, with over 1,500 local residents in attendance. The works of art created by the attendees of the master classes were used to set up an exhibition, with the authors of the best paintings being presented with art supplies kits as gifts. Photos of the winners and their artworks were posted on banners, lightboxes and billboards placed throughout the city.

2022 saw the master classes that traditionally culminate in an exhibition of the best works of art and -pronouncement of the winners, take place in the cities of Tobolsk, Nizhnevartovsk, and Kstovo. In total, 1,355 students showed up at the ninety-six gratuitous master classes.

In 2023, the studio gave master classes in Tobolsk, Noyabrsk and Nizhnekamsk, with each city hosting 28 master classes that drew some 1,270 attendees. 935 works of art created in class were put on display at local art exhibitions.

A training program for professional artists

The studio offers intensive training programs for professional artists and art instructors featuring both hands-on classes covering various drawing techniques and a theoretical module on the key principles of interacting with students. Course participants are issued certificates of completion, as well as instructional materials and access to Draw&Go's online tutorials. In 2023, 39 art instructors attended the intensive training course to learn new techniques.

The course's program included decorative interior painting with acrylic using Draw&Go's proprietary technique, fluid art with liquid acrylic, fashion illustration inspired by famous illustrators René Gruau, Antonio Lopez and David Downton, as well as a discussion of the process of interacting with one's students as described in a special guidebook compiled by Kristina Galochkina, the studio's art director.
